RJ did not initially ring the bell to let me know he was there but he did, however, get right to work addressing the problem. I was grateful that he had installed the pump so he knew exactly what he was up against. He worked very hard and even called in a co-worker for assistance. He went above and beyond helping me that day even fixing another small issue. The only photo I have is my grandson overlooking his work!!!!

Great folks to work with. In what had been a leaky situation, the company was contacted by Duke Energy (as part of a plan we were on). Joe was able to come over within just a couple hours and take a look. As we found out the situation was worse than we thought, he was able to get a replacement item and help to install it within a very quick amount of time. Thank you guys!

Great service. I highly recommend this company. (We are located in Harrisburg NC.) We were experiencing cold water when showering and he informed us that ours was the original and that we should consider replacement. Also, he recommended a 50 to 75 gal tank taking account 3 full baths. This man got a new one delivered and installed within 3.5 to 4 hours. Absolutely recommend!

Wonderful experience with this company. They were able to send someone out same day for my bathroom faucet leak. Brian was very professional and he was able to fix our issue quickly and not break the bank. Highly recommend for plumbing repair.

Jim Dickinson Plumbing technician was amazing! He was very respectful, he texted me with his picture before coming and he worked intensely until he found the problem. The secretary was also very polite. I would use them again and recommend you do also if you ever have any Plumbing, heating or electrical problems. They fixed my heatpump and has been doing great!
